BRANDIN TURNER |
Brandin is a veteran LARPer of 20+ years and has had the pleasure of spending countless weekends with friends in the woods of Maine and beyond.
His favorite things about LARP are telling good stories, helping fellow players through complicated obstacles, and resuscitating failed plots. He has enjoyed Mystwood from the perspective of a player, chronicle runner and board member, embracing these roles with a desire for players for all players to maximize their enjoyment. When he isn’t in the field with his fellow LARPers, Brandin works with children and families to recognize their potential in the field of mental health treatment services as a case manager and substance abuse counselor. |
DAN JOHNSTON |
Dan is relatively green in the world of LARP, having enjoyed 5 active years of LARPing. He has had experience running countless tabletop games, and has helped run two chronicles for the the Mystwood sites at Burgundar and the Keep. His favorite things about LARP are immersive moments that can touch you emotionally, crafting a story that players are passionate about, and creating some unique villains. When Dan isn’t creating stories with his fellow LARPers you can find him spending extensive hours in his sixth grade classroom working with children, or spending quality time with friends and family making stories of his own. |
